Are you someone with no experience in care jobs but curious about changing careers or looking for a summer job in care and support? Come and try out what it feels like to make a difference for someone else for a day!

You can experience what it’s like to work in home care, assisted living, or LSS.

You will follow a regular employee at the workplace for a day to gain insight into what the job entails. Examples of what the day may include are assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation and feeding, activities, walks, laundry and cleaning, end-of-life care, and certain medical interventions.

About you

• You have not worked in care and support before.
• You are curious, attentive, empathetic, and genuinely interested in people.
• You are 18 years old or are 17 years old and will turn 18 soon. This is necessary as you need to be over 18 to handle sensitive personal data related to services in care & support. Refer to this paragraph regarding the set 18-year limit: Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (2009:400), Chapter 1, Section 3 and Chapter 2, Section 1.
• To try home care, you must have a B driver's license.

We offer trial days during week 9 and 15. You will receive hourly pay for the hours you work. In some cases, we may offer trial days in another week.

If you proceed to try a day in our operations, we will agree on the day/time/place.

If you are interested in the profession after the trial day, it may lead to a part-time employment with us.
